The Guest Beer On Tap At The Race Will Be.......

We will have a guest beer on tap for the race this Sunday. A nice cold keg of Zepptemberfest from French Broad will be on hand for your taste buds. Before or after your race enjoy a nice cold drink. What the heck it's cross....even during the race have a friend hand you a drink as you fly, tumble, cartwheel, crash into a barrier, or flail past them. See you on Sunday!

Forecast For The Race

Looks like a great weekend for racing unless you like lots of mud. Bring your family and friends to help cheer you on and heckle your rival. We expect people to be calling out each other. Let the smack talk begin.

Cross Racing Is Back On

Oct 17th is the new date of the cross race. Start times will be posted in the next few days. Hope to see everyone in the park.

Special Event Announced

It seems the Crew is never content with a normal race:) So once again a curveball has been thrown. During the short track race there will be what I call "don't fall on your face" but really know as a "Balance Skill" obstacle. If you think you have what it takes to incorporate this into your race there's some serious bonuses on the table for the taking. 1 - You can get time bonuses during the race that can help you win. 2 - One lucky person who has "certain things" of steel will get a special trophy made by Gabe.

Special Note....We have a TON of door prizes coming in from local businesses to support this event which helps fund our growing park. Come out and enjoy the park with your family and friends. The work has begun for this weeks SAS 4.0 race. Lots of door prizes are being gathered for the races and volunteers, and Gabe's magical trophies are almost complete. The weather should be amazing (we love Fall around here), and the courses will be in great shape. Be part of something great and help a park grow. If you would like to help out at the event as a volunteer please find one of the race directors on race day and they can put to work. There are prizes for the volunteers...:) The Crew is looking forward to an awesome day of racing.
